中国茶叶协会会长王庆：讲好中国茶故事靠标准化，茶业要“讲普通话”

中国茶叶流通协会会长王庆在6月8日西安举行的全国茶叶标准化技术委员会茯茶工作组一届二次工作会议上表示：向中外消费者讲好中国茶的故事主要靠标准，中国茶叶企业不能各讲各的方言，都要“讲普通话”。王庆表示，陕西茯茶近几年恢复了历史上的传统，帮助行业消化了产能，对乡村振兴、精准扶贫和茶农增收作用相当大，发展很快，也得到了消费者的认可，但标准化依然有待加强。王庆说，标准化是整个中国茶叶的软肋。标准化可以解决茶叶从种植、生产、加工到销售的一系列问题，中国茶叶产品从安全质量、等级标准、理化指标等等方面都应该是一致的，包括茯茶在内的中国茶企都要“讲普通话”。他说，中国茶要发展，将来一定是标准化基础上的工业化模式，向中外消费者讲好中国茶的故事主要靠标准。这就需要打好文化牌，特别是科技牌。全国茶叶标准化技术委员会茯茶工作组2017年成立，秘书处设在咸阳泾渭茯茶有限公司。茯茶工作组副组长、泾渭茯茶董事长纪晓明表示，泾渭茯茶目前已经拿到50多项国家专利，正在建设的新工厂将把茯茶加工提升到自动化程度很高的智能化阶段，并希望藉此积累经验，为提高中国茶叶行业科技水平、推动茶产业升级贡献智慧、力量。
